Daniel Grande was born in Stamford, Connecticut and raised in Miami, Florida. Mr. Grande attended Westminster Christian School in Miami, Florida and in 2005, he graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. While at UF, Daniel was a member of the baseball team and several volunteer organizations including the WRUF Radio Reading Service for the Blind. He then attended Florida International University College of Law, in Miami, Florida. The FIU College of Law conferred a Juris Doctorate upon him in 2008. While in law school Daniel was on the dean’s list, the mock trial team, and the board of advocates while also participating in the Juvenile Justice Clinic and working as a certified legal intern with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office.

Upon graduating from law school in 2008, Daniel was hired as an Assistant Public Defender with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office where he represented indigent clients charged with a variety of crimes in all stages of the proceedings from arraignment through jury trial.  In 2010, Daniel left the Public Defender’s Office to work for a boutique firm in Miami, Florida representing individual civil litigants and companies in a variety of matters including commercial litigation, property disputes, and criminal defense. Between both government and private practice, Daniel has served as lead counsel in over 50 jury trials to verdict.

In 2015, Daniel was named Partner in one of the largest law firms in the United States where he represented insurance companies in property damage and liability disputes throughout the State of Florida. 

Daniel joined Williams Hilal Wigand Grande, PLLC in August 2016 and focuses on the representation of Insureds and Insurers in first and third party property and casualty claims, bodily injury claims, and other contractual disputes. Additionally, Mr. Grande represents companies in business disputes including contract negotiation and commercial litigation and continues to represent those facing criminal charges in both Florida state courts and Federal courts throughout the country.

Daniel is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court (includes all Florida State courts) and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. In addition, Daniel is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Daniel is also actively involved in community organizations including the Humane Society of Greater Miami and Best Buddies and serves as an assistant coach for the FIU College of Law Trial Team.
